What currency are your prices in?

As you are visiting our australian store all prices displayed are in AU Dollars (AUD).


Can I change or cancel my order?

As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through checkout.

This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact customer care.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We try our best to send orders within 2-3 business days. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

All Mimpi Mannis orders are hand-picked and packed in Bali, Indonesia. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on using express services for all online orders.

Within Indonesia: Delivery is between 1-3 business days
Outside Indonesia: Delivery is between 3-5 business days for express shipment and up to 3 weeks for standard shipment. Please keep in mind, due to possible customs processing delays, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.


Do you send orders express worldwide?

Yes! Domestic orders are all sent with POS Indonesia, either express service or regular, you have the choice. For international orders, we offer delivery with POS Indonesia as well and you also have the choice between express service or regular.

All express orders include a tracking number until the final destination, while regular shipment can be only tracked until the border of Indonesia.


How much will shipping cost?

We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping and thus offer express beside regular shipment.

  • Australia: POS Indonesia depending on the weight, price shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over AUD$200 (worldwide)
  • New Zealand: POS Indonesia depending on the weight, price shown at checkout.
  • US & Canada/ Mexico: POS Indonesia depending on the weight, price shown at checkout.
  • International: POS Indonesia depending on the weight and on receiving country selected, price shown at checkout.

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email for express shipment you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Do I need to pay customs fees, import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.
Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. Mimpi Mannis will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.

If you refuse a shipment from Mimpi Mannis, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

I think my order is faulty.

If you think you have a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with some images of the concern and quote your order number.

Do you offer refunds?

Mimpi Mannis doesn’t offer refund for change of mind returns. You can read our Return & Exchange Policy here.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchange is possible within 30 days after purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, let us know what your preferred replacement choice is Eg. a different size, colour or style. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability and the original item(s) you exchange must be equal to or greater in value than their replacement. When posting items for exchange or refund due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges per Returns Policy above.


Can online purchases be returned to the Mimpi Mannis Shops?

At this time our boutiques are not able to process returns for online orders. Any online order must be returned following our online Returns Process.


Where are you located?

Our head office is located in Bali, Indonesia. You can visit one of our shops either in Berawa, Seminyak or Ubud.


How can I use a voucher/code?

After you have added your items to your cart, please select to proceed to checkout. You will have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.


What material do you use for your shoes?

All our shoes are animal friendly and done from leather imitation, called PU. By that we can guarantee that the shoes are vegan and resistant in color fading.
